Slip sliding away

A city in Louisiana passed a law outlawing saggy pants. Arnica is opposed to such legislation.

As many who have had the privilege of seeing Arnica with their own eyes, and not with eyes of another, know about Arnica-Arnica suffers from Igottanoass. this is a condition effecting... I don't know, tons of people, where the lower back area continues to the upper leg area leaving a flat area in between. This affliction causes everyday, common slacks to fail to stay in the position they were intended to stay in and will start to slide down the leg until, if not treated, will end up at the ankles.
