Here we have Freddie King performing one of his classics, Hide Away (Hound Dog Taylor), named after a famous bar in Chicago. This video has it all; the 60's decor, the sax player getting down in the background, go-go dancers. What more could you want?
Arnica loves this song and this performance. Many blues songs have the same theme through out, never deviating. Hide Away has two distinct sections and King's version dances between the two themes seamlessly.
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone. Great song, great performance, great voice. Great God, where is your guitar tech when you need him?
