major blockage on the gastro-intestinal highway

Arnica is in Wisconsin right now. and boy, is my colon blocked. Cheese on cereal, cheese on fruit. Arnica may never read a newspaper ever again (you see-Arnica reads the entire NY Times when he visits the little boys room- but since he cant poop, he cannot get a chance to read).

Other than the cementing of my inards, Arnica is doing well and adusting fine to the extra dairy in the diet.

Arnica paid a visit to his good pal Squeva, in Stoten, who took him on a big bike ride around her home town.
