Shinny wires and electronics make Arnica happy so it is no surprise that this video made it's way to the power (like that? I think 'power' has ring to it).

But what does this thing do and why did this person make it? I call it the BCD (Birth control device). Much like black rimmed glasses or spinach on teeth, one look at this thing by the opposite sex and you can kiss your chances at getting lucky bye-bye.
