Arnica knows him as the guy who covers the Tour De France for Versus network. He does other things, but those other things don't involve the Tour so Arnica pays no mind to them.
Al also hosts some hockey show, and he, dog bless him, had some opinions about a recent stunt the owner of the Philadelphia Flyers did. You may have heard of it.
