This seems an appropriate place to announce that, despite a painful overindulgence Thursday evening and every meal since, it is now late Saturday morning and I still have not moved my bowels.

My deepest sympathy to you and your bowels. I have had the opposite condition. Ole Faithful i am now called. I have been averaging 3 times a day. it is indeed a magical time here at Arnicaland.
Also, you are correct. There is none more appropriate a place than here to discuss such intimate matters.
