Arnica's smarter half, Mrs Montana really wanted to go watch Lucinda Williams at the Showbox, last Friday. The problem was, the show was sold out and she had no ticket.
So what did she do? She stood outside the venue for about two hours and asked if anyone was willing to sell their ticket.
She met many obstacles. There were a number of scalpers who were snatching up the tickets before she could ask to buy one. But finally, a kind couple showed up who could not use their tickets and sold one to her.
Arnica would have either gone home hours earlier and be pissed off, or paid through the nose for a ticket and gone to the show pissed off.
Yeah, Wife!!!
